Progress – 3 weeks – 12-12-3-30

Hi guys! New Progress Pix! …Keep in mind there are slightly different angles. And different outfits and types of light. But if you look at the floor, I’m standing in the same spot for the most part. And I try to adjust the photos so I’m the same height in the comparisons.

Overall I’m leaning out a little each week. Yay!

My goal is to really just get more lean. I like how I look, and just want to feel that fitness through and through! Feels good, ya know. That’s all.

I can tell in my face, legs and arms that changes are occurring! I feel like I’m def smaller all over. Stoked.

And I have faith and know I’ll reach my goal, because I always do, when I put in the work! and this workout is kicking my butt! 12 lb vest, 12 incline, 2.5-3 speed, 30 mins. (I posted below how I came to this workout. Check my other articles) …And I hope you believe that, and have faith for yourself too, when you embark on a fitness journey!

My only news is that I’m now beginning to carry some weights in my hands, and I’m also considering upgrading my vest to 20lbs. I

feel like my posture has gotten so good from the vest, forces you to engage your core a ton, and I’m pouring sweat buckets, so why not go for more!? I’m hoping I’ll make greater progress more quickly with some heavier weight. But idk. Lol.
